Revolutionary Egg Diet Helps You Lose 10 Pounds In One Week

Day 1:

For Breakfast: On day one, boil 2 eggs, also have 2 oranges and 1 glass of milk (low-fat).

For Lunch: 2 pieces of boiled chicken breast, and 1 cup of natural yogurt.

For Dinner: Boil one egg, and five ounces of boiled skinless chicken. For fruit, have one orange.

Day 2:

For Breakfast: On the second day we change it up just a tad, having 2 boiled eggs and freshly squeezed lemon juice from one lemon. You can add a teaspoon of honey to it.

For Lunch: 2 pieces of roasted fish, and one grapefruit.

For Dinner: 3 eggs, hard boiled this time around.

Day 3:

For Breakfast: boil 2 eggs (hard) and have of warm water combined with 1 squeezed lemon.

For Lunch: On day 3 we switch to beef for variety and also protein. Have 7 ounces of boiled beef and for fruit you can have 1 grapefruit.

For Dinner: boil 3 eggs, hard, and have one apple for fruit.

Day 4: 

For Breakfast: It’s time for scrambled eggs with onion! You can use up to 3 eggs, parsley and a touch of pepper.

For Lunch: 2 pieces of cooked chicken breast with a nice fresh salad.

For Dinner: have 1 hard boiled egg, one orange and one banana.

Day 5:

For Breakfast: 2 eggs hard boiled, one tablespoon of sour cream and 3 carrots.

For Lunch: another 2 carrots, one roasted chicken breast and 1 cup of orange juice (freshly squeezed).

For Dinner: 3 ounces of fish (boiled) and also 1 boiled egg.

Day 6:

For Breakfast: 1 low fat yogurt, and choose between 1 freshly squeezed orange or lemon.

For Lunch: 2 boiled eggs (normal) and 2 grapefruits.

For Dinner: 1 boiled egg (normal), squeeze one lemon into one cup of water.

Day 7:

It’s the final day, you’ve made it so far, don’t give up now, you’re almost there. Time for the grand finale!

For Breakfast: 2 eggs boiled and half a grapefruit.

For Lunch: 6 ounces beef (cooked or roasted) and one orange.

For Dinner: 1 glass of squeezed lemon juice (with water) and one hard boiled egg.
