Preparation 1: A Mix of Olive Oil, Lemon Juice and Aloe Vera

In a container, mix ½ cup of Virgin Olive Oil and ½ Aloe Vera Gel. Mix the two ingredients well using a spoon or a blender. Add freshly squeezed lemon juice to the mixture and blend well. The next two ingredients that go into the mixture are Vitamin A and Vitamin E supplements. You can either pierce them with a sharp, sterile needle or cut them open using sterile scissors. The vitamin capsules must be natural. Mix the entire mixture well.

Preparation 2: Coconut Butter Mix

The Coconut Butter Mixtures includes three major ingredients – coconut oil, cocoa butter and sweet almond oil. You should use virgin cold-pressed oil. Choose an organic variant as it retains its natural nutrients. Coconut oil is rich in antioxidants that protect the skin from oxidation by free radicals. You can use a bain-marie to melt the cocoa butter as you should not put it directly onto the stove. Melt the cocoa butter until it is completely liquid. You can apply this mixture directly to skin if you want to.

The Final Preparation – Mix them all together

After the two individual preparations have been created and allowed to sit for a while, blend them together. Transfer it from the mixing container into a clean jar. Place it in the refrigerator to harden. Use it whenever you need to.
